Are men and women really equal in your country? So is it like this in practice? In Turkey, women and men have been legally equal since 1926. But there are some professions that you will never see a woman doing. For example: Truck driver. What about you?

Equality between women and men has been "promoted" more and more recently, although I think that it is not completely so. In Serbia too, there are certain occupations where you cannot see a woman (or there are, but in very small numbers). One of those professions is also a truck driver, but also the typical male occupations - electrician, plumber and the like.

Actually, that's exactly what I mean. In other words, many job postings have started to look for employees with the slogans "Yes, we encourage women's employment," especially recently in Turkey. But the status they seek is always the same. For example, female assistants are always sought. Or a female sales representative. Or female human resources staff, public relations specialist, etc. In short, there are some professions that seem to be more suitable for women to do. But we are surprised to see a female taxi driver. There are hardly any female truck drivers. As you said, there are no female plumbers. In other words, women are provided with employment, yes, but this employment is provided in a limited area. I think this is very painful.

I think men & women is a joke. I don't want to lower each side, because there must be benefits and downsides in each perspectives, and we must accept this reality
