You can help adding translation for any content in forum by clicking the arrow down  icon on the top right side of the forum content. After you clicked that icon, you can see “Add translation” button . Click the button and you will go to the page where you can translate the text from the forum. Do not forget to delete the original text in the box once you finished translating.
