what is your method for organizing your monthly and weekly goals?

I constantly motivate myself when it comes to such things. For example, on Mondays, when my working week begins, in the morning when I get up and drink my first morning coffee, I tell myself out loud what my plans and goals are for that week. And mostly I achieve all that because I stick to the schedule. Sometimes I'm tired, of course. But when the week comes to an end, nothing makes me more satisfied than the fact that I managed to achieve everything I planned. It sometimes happens to me in the morning that I think: I would like to sleep a little more now...but I have to get up, I have to do all kinds of things today." And I get up immediately, because I know that if I miss one thing, it will be much more difficult for me to make up for it.

That's great!, but how do you structure your timetable? Do you have a specific strategy or plan that you follow?

Mostly yes. Sometimes it happens that I "go off track" a little :) but mostly I stick to the schedule I made in advance. For example, today I know exactly what I should do in the morning and what in the afternoon. The evening is mostly reserved for a movie, going out with friends, a good book and similar :)

I do that too, and I have an agenda where I write down my goals for the year and divide them by months. I also write down daily tasks. I love it, but sometimes I get sidetracked from writing.

These are pictures of my agenda for this year.

Oh, it looks very nice! :) It happens to me too sometimes that I "go off track" a little, not always everything goes according to a plan. But I try to quickly return to what I planned.

Usually I only set one goals at a time, and to make sure I will reach it is by rewarding myself if completed, and punishing myself if I didn't accomplish it.

Actually, I usually prefer to let it flow without making plans.
