Hello everyone, I wanted to share some of my thoughts on how to better use the different tools and exercises in Langoid. It's nothing complex or groundbreaking, just a basic routine that I find useful and maybe other people can try it out if they are having trouble.

So, the first thing you'll probably do is going to the Lessons page and start doing those. After 1 or 2 lessons, you do word tests.

While that is okay by itself, I strongly recommend you vary by also doing a bit listening & writing exercises, that not only amplifies the vocabulary you'll learn but makes you familiar with other words that may be useful for a complete beginner.

That way, mixing the 3 main types of exercises you'll learn faster and at least be familiar with things soon to come. The priority should still be lessons, and when you feel confident, write a story! Don't hesitate on using the translation tool to find words that you may need but haven't seen yet, as you can then add them to the learning loop.
