In Egypt, Koshari is one of the most popular dishes. Its ingredients include a mix of rice, two types of pasta, lentils, chickpeas, and vermicelli. the dish is usually topped with caramelized onions and tomato sauce.

that is great, I searched for it and found that it resembles in its shape and preparation a popular dish we have here, called Mahshi. this stuffing is also similar in both dishes with some differences.

I googled 'Mashi' now :) And yes, you are right, the ingredients are very similar. I think that 'Sarma' originates from the Turkish era.

This question was very difficult for me. Because many dishes are famous in Turkey. I guess I can say "Adana Kebab". However, we also have dishes made from intestines, such as şırdan mumbar, which are quite different for tourists. At this point, I think I agree with the tourists.

At this point, I was also surprised because I didn't know that it existed in a different country other than ours. If you come to Turkey, you will not have ANY difficulties :)

I really liked the cheese dessert, I think it's called 'Kunefe' (I don't know how to spell it)

I tried it for the first time in Turkey and I was delighted with the taste and the way they serve the dish. It's beautiful!

There are way too many dishes to choose from. But I would say that "Biryani" is probably among the most popular dish in Bangladesh. It is not that unique as it is also the most popular dish in many other countries like India, Pakistan, etc.

Can you spell what 'Biryani' is? I'm really interested :) What ingredients is it made of?

Most people know fondue as one of the very famous dish from Switzerland. It's basically melted cheese cooked with some garlic and you eat it by dipping bread on a long fork.

One of my favorite though is rösti, which is a bit like hash browns, fried potatoes. The name rösti, from Swiss German, as you can see is close to roasted. It's very simple but good and filling.

Of course, it's not a dish, but everyone knows that Switzerland's special treat is chocolate, milk chocolate in particular!
