@Taner, I also tried kunefe for the first time only last year :) It's wonderful! A very unusual composition. I found a recipe on how to make it, but here in Serbia I can't find all the necessary ingredients. Maybe there are some substitute ingredients, but I don't think the taste would be the same in that case. And I don't want to spoil it with my experimentation :)))

Kunefe needs to be cooked in a special place like pizza. It is not made at home in Turkey either. I think you shouldn't do it so as not to spoil the experience :))
