What is your...
I definitely like eating 'sarma' the most! Sarma is a Serbian national dish and at the same time one of the most famous and favorite dishes of the majority of people in Serbia. We prepare it mainly in the winter period, because sauerkraut is used for its preparation, which is available during the winter in almost every house in Serbia :)

Now that I've looked online, it looks like a very different dish. So we also have the "sarma" dish. And I love too much. But ours and yours are different. We have two types of sarmas. Someone calls it cabbage rolls. But the inside and the making of your sarma is different from ours :)) Actually, because of a country close to us, maybe I can come to visit one day :) By the way, when it comes to my favorite dish, although I love sarma, my favorite is adana kebab. My husband is from Adana, so we can always eat the best Adana kebab. It's made from lamb. You can imagine it as if they are making a long thin meatball from the bottle, but the taste is excellent :) I especially recommend it to be eaten on the spot :)

Uhhh, adana kebab! I ate last summer in Turkey! More precisely, the first day I tried it, after that I ate it every day :)))))) I really like lamb! I especially liked one delicacy, I think it's called "kunefe" or something like that. I don't know if I wrote it right :) There is cheese inside and it is served in small tin containers. Baklava is, of course, unsurpassed :) We also make it in Serbia, but I think it is much better in Turkey.

Well, it sounds like you're going to be one of us soon. :)) I like it too, but not everyone likes lamb. Some say it's heavy. Yes, you wrote it right. We call it "Künefe" just because it has special characters as well. I like it, too. Baklava is the same. There is also katmer, maybe you didn't come across it. It's like baklava but very thin (you can think of it like a pancake). It's full of peanuts. There is sherbet outside. A crunchy dessert like baklava. I'm sorry I've never been to Serbia before so I can't praise any of your dishes. But I'm sure I would have liked a lot of things if I could come and taste it. Because our food and our taste buds seemed to be close :))
