I live in France and, as you may know, it is situated in the northern hemisphere, which means we have here the 4 seasons. Sadly, because of global warming and pollution, temperatures are being higher and lower than usual. For example, last summer we reached the 40 C°-degree barrier, which, even for me that I come from a Coastal country, was extremely hot. Right now, we are leaving winter behind, and we are getting into springtime, meaning people’s mood is starting to change since, you know what they say, a sunny day fix everything.
40 degrees is very visible temperature. It happens that it is so hot here, just for few days during summer. Winters are mild. In last couple of years, there is no snow at all, except on the mountains.

I love winter because of the snow. Only because of the snow :D It would be good if it wasn't cold in winter, if only there was snow. ha-ha. Today, for the first time in my life, I saw some strange snow. Maybe it's not called snow but ice. Not a hail, not a snow, something in between. But it only lasted 10 minutes and then it was as if it had never happened. The road is completely white. We went by car. And after it stopped, and when we drove maybe after 5 kilometers, all the ice melted. It's just unbelievable to me. :D

Here, in Jakarta (Indonesia), it is always hot. The temperature is always in 2 digits. Now it is 32C. But not every place in Indonesia have hot temperatures. Some high places in the mountainous area have cool temperature. But I never went to any place with temperature less than 10C in Indonesia. The coldest place I have been to in Indonesia is Dieng. I even use a blanket if the temperature is less than 21C. Hehe, I think I won't survive a winter.

Nigeria is another case entirely, we only have rainy and dry seasons though there is winter but, we don't really feel the cold here in Lagos unless it rains. And right now in Nigeria, it has been so hot but we are getting very close to the rainy season, and I can't just wait for the rain to start.

Yes, I'm in Lagos and there is a lot of beach around us and the rainy season does last long even though when the rain starts you will wish it stops because the environment will be so messy that is the reason I don't like rainy season though, but because it's always hot here I don't really have a choice than for it to rain.
Summer is my favourite,definitely! When I just think about the rain and cold weather,I just don't want to get out of the bed in the morning. :)
